Central apartments are located in the center of Paralia Dionisiou Beach in the main square. The distance to the beach is only 150 meters!

We offer 3 apartments for rent on the 1st floor. Each apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people as there are 2 beds in each bedroom and 1 extra sliding bed in one of the bedrooms. The approximate size of the apartment is 50 sqm.

All the apartments are equipped with 2 air conditions, 2 TVs, a safe box, a washing machine, a hairdryer and an iron with portable ironing board. The kitchen is equipped with electrical appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, electric kettle) and all necessary kitchenware.

There is a view to the central square and park of Dionisiou Beach from the balconies. There is a table, chairs and an umbrella on each balcony for the comfort of our guests.

There is high speed wi-fi free of charge in all the apartments.

Parking is easy and safe around the complex.

Baby cots and baby chairs are available on request, free of charge for our young guests. 

Τhe Tourist Government Tax 2 € per night of staying is not included in our prices. It is paid separately and belongs to the government.
