Family apartments in Dionisiou Beach, Halkidiki are located in the center of Dionisiou Beach, only 120 meters away from the wide sandy beach. The building has its own small private garden with barbeque, tables and chairs. Right below the apartments there is a supermarket.

All the apartments have free Wi-Fi. Bed linen, towels and refreshing service takes place every 5 days. We also provide baby cots for our young guests, free of charge.

Apartment 201 is located on the 2nd floor and consists of 2 bedrooms. In the first bedroom there is a double bed, and in the second bedroom there are 2 single beds. In the living room area there are two sofas, coffee and dining table, chairs and a kitchen, separate bathroom with a shower and w.c.

The apartment has two air conditioners, TV, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, safe, large oven, microwave oven,  electric kettle and all the necessary kitchenware and mosquito nets on each window. There is a large corner balcony with a table and chairs. The approximate size of the apartment is 70 sq. meters.

Wi-fi access is free of charge and available both in the rooms and communal areas of the ground floor. We offer you the possibility of renting a bike, so ask us for their price or book one before you arrive. We provide the chain for securing the bike when you have a stop around the area.

For the convenience of our guests there is a washing machine available at no extra. Baby cots and baby chairs are available on request, free of charge for our young guests. There is a possibility to rent baby trolleys (1 euro per day). For all our young guests we offer an equipped playground at the backside of the building.

After a long day at the beach it`s the best way to end it, next to the grill with great company. Parking is easy and safe around the complex. Τhe Tourist Government Tax 1.50 € per night of staying is not included in our prices. It is paid separately and belongs to the government.
